The Business card package comes with the following features:
- One page containing all of contact details for your company (i.e.address, phone number, email
address) along with a short piece of text outlining the services you provide and a photo or logo
portraying your company. - Color schemes etc. will match current promotional material or will be agreed with the client
and designer - A .co.uk name in the format (your company name.co.uk) or if not available a suitable alternative
will be sought as agreed. - We will also set-up an email address in the format (contactname@yourcompany.co.uk) and
- Submission to the top search engines so that people can find your site.

The Introductory package comes with the following features:

- The Home page, with 200-250 words, logos and photos
- A contact page for customer, questions comments etc. which will be sent automaticaly to the set-up
email address - The 3 internal pages: should consist of around 300 words of text and a maximum of 5 photos/images
per page.
Terms & Conditions
AnC Design do not take responsibility for typing errors, the pages will be sent to you the customer to be
proofed before the site is completed and any amendments will be made.
Images text and logos will need to be provided in digital format i.e. CD, floppy or E-mail, although I can take scans
of images from promotional materials, these may not be of the same standard as original digital format.
For an extra fee I can visit you and take photo's, to be agreed between designer and customer.
- The client or customer is the person with whom i deal with in your company.
- The contract is the Terms and conditions document which is to be signed, dated and returned to
AnCDesign @ 47a Lord Street, Gainsborough, Lincs.
No work will begin until we have received this document signed and dated. - The first design will be presented to you at the agreed time after receiving all of the required content
(text, logos, images, brochures etc.). The client then has a chance to make any reasonable design changes.
Once a design has been agreed AncDesign require acceptance in writing by, fax, post or email, this
process is deemed as design sign-off. By which time the site will be in place on the servers and the
corresponding domain name and email addresses will be in place. - The content of the site (images, text, logos etc.) can be set in a structure to suit the client or we can
create a structure keeping in line with your companies current promotional materials. - A non re-fundable retainer of £20 will be required to cover costs of setting up the domain name the
remainder of the fee is due within 7 days of the site going live on the internet. If payment is not met then
control of the site remains with AnCDesign until the debt is cleared.
